At Flip Jeux Vidéo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
